“I am a culturally-radical and relational, trauma-informed counselor. This means I believe that every person has a dynamic cultural background, whether they are white or a person of the global majority, from a small rural town or a city native, transgender, queer, cisgender, and/or heterosexual. I prioritized creating a collaborative, trusting, and safe therapeutic relationship with each of my clients. Together we will explore the past, focus on present goals, and build for the future. Above all, I honor how trauma impacts our lives and our bodies. I acknowledge that even with the best of intentions I have the potential to cause harm, therefore I strive to remain mindful of my words and actions and the impact they may have.”
